Staffing Plan for the 21st Century

The UUCN Personnel Committee developed new job descriptions for four staff positions last year as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and re-invigorate our spiritual development, religious education, congregational fellowship, community involvement, and social and environmental justice programs and to be consistent with our mission and covenant. Besides researching and writing new job descriptions, the committee developed a process that included an intense cycle of review that included the staff and all relevant church committees and stakeholders. We concluded the process with a presentation to the congregation.
